As a Maintenance Technician I, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team that relies on your expertise to keep our sites running safely and efficiently. You’ll grow your skills, take ownership of your craft, and help deliver an experience our customers can be proud of.
Jump into a hands-on role where no two days are the same. As a Maintenance Technician I, you’ll:
Apply your electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3‑phase power Travel across your market, in your company provided vehicle, to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts Build strong relationships with teammates who count on your technical expertise Take pride in maintaining safe, efficient, and fully operational locations that reflect our commitment to excellence Take advantage of travel opportunities that expose you to new equipment, emerging technology, and best practices across multiple locations—accelerating your technical growth and industry knowledge
You’re driven, hands-on, and ready to be part of a team that gets things done. Ideally, you have:
2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred) Electrical experience, including exposure to: 3-phase high-voltage systems Low-voltage systems AC/DC electrical systems Control wiring and powered equipment VFD and PLC troubleshooting (preferred) Solid skills in at least four of the following areas: Electrical Mechanical Hydraulics Welding Pneumatics Plumbing Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders) A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire)
