Responsibilities

  • Create detailed and precise work requiring an artistic touch and attention to detail.
  • Utilize tweezers and precision tools to develop small and intricate components.
  • Operate various tools and sprayers to shape materials meticulously.
  • Maintain accurate records using Manufacturing Execution Software.
  • Efficiently manage work in progress and optimize production process flow.
  • Perform various functions in a cleanroom environment adhering to cleanliness protocols.
  • Utilize exceptional hand dexterity for precise tasks and handling of small components.
  • Proactively adjust techniques to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and properly use required PPE.
  • Accurately interpret process flow instructions and other guidelines.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs less than 5% per week.
  • Ability to stand or walk 50% of the time.
  • Willingness to work varying shifts based on business needs.
  • Proficiency in reading and comprehending work instructions in plain English.
