Overview

Join our Talent Community for Opportunities as a Welder! We are looking for great Welders to join our Production Team in Alachua, Florida to build high-quality rotary drilling rigs used worldwide. While we may not have an immediate opening, we regularly review applications and will reach out when a position aligns with your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform welding tasks to assemble subassemblies and drilling rigs.
  • Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure top-quality results.
  • Use hand and power tools to support assembly based on BOM and manufacturing systems.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Assembly, Quality, Engineering, and more.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Welding certification and a strong mechanical background.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship.
