Overview

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret drawings and schematic diagrams.
  • Assemble, wire, test, and package industrial precision dispensing equipment according to quality, productivity, and safety requirements.
  • Follow applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
  • Use hand tools, general power tools, and calibrated power tools for equipment assembly.
  • Refer to drawings and bills of material to ensure proper assembly.
  • Use gauges, volt meters, and measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve product failures.
  • Utilize a computer to view reference drawings and generate production documents.
  • Be flexible and rotate to different work areas as needed.

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years of experience in electrical and electronics troubleshooting.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Technical Associate degree preferred.
  • Technical ability to apply written/verbal instructions and math skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply new job-related information.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Initiative to influence events and achieve goals.
  • Creativity in applying problem-solving skills.
