Overview

At Relativity Space, we’re building rockets to serve today’s needs and tomorrow’s breakthroughs. The Supervisor of the Fluids Factory will lead a team in fabricating fluid lines for the Terran-R Vehicle and Engine production, playing a crucial role in managing operations and ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of fabricators, welders, and assembly technicians.
  • Set and maintain priorities for the team to meet program schedules.
  • Establish process standards and hold the team accountable for quality.
  • Communicate daily/weekly progress to upper management and propose solutions for blockers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certification.
  • 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a people leader.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with welding processes including GTAW and OTW.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles.
  • Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and excel.
