Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up production machinery and perform precise measurements using gauges and calculators.
  • Read and interpret technical documents including blueprints, manufacturing instructions, and diagrams.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by producing defect-free products and following safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, train others, communicate issues, and support departmental functions.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential.

Additional Information

  • Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
