Overview

This position involves hands-on production processes for signage, primarily focusing on metals, welding, and fabrication tools, while interpreting sign schematics to create the desired signs. The role requires the ability to work in a fabrication shop environment under varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Produce faces, cabinets, or structures to create functioning signs.
• Unload shipments when available.
• Maintain a production schedule and meet deadlines.
• Ensure superior quality on all individual and team-related work.
• Collaborate with co-workers to understand their needs and provide guidance.
• Follow job-related instructions and perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the sign industry is a plus.
• 1 year of sign fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read a ruler and tape measure.
• Must work outside in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Experience with welding.
• Experience with power tools.
• Knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, and products is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, upbeat, positive attitude, and ability to accept constructive criticism.
• Ability to work with Windows PC platform.

• Work Location: One location, may require travel to receive paint or supplies.
• Shift: 8 hour shift.
• Ability to Commute: Paragould, AR 72450 (Required).
