Overview

The Welder position in Los Angeles, CA involves maintaining, repairing, and optimizing HVAC systems and associated equipment, with a focus on preventive and corrective maintenance. The role requires interpreting blueprints and schematics, as well as ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, repair, and optimize HVAC systems and associated equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct brazing, soldering, welding, pipefitting, and fabrication.
  • Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and service motors, pumps, compressors, ducts, and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and training requirements.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Minimum 3 years of related HVAC/Electrical maintenance and repair experience in a commercial facility.
  • Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
  • Availability to work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
