Overview

Bronson & Bratton, Inc. is a family-owned high precision tool & die shop seeking a Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience for the 1st shift. The role involves diagnosing and repairing CNC machinery and performing general facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair CNC machinery using electrical testing equipment.
  • Maintain and repair machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, fans, leadscrews, and bearings on Mills, Lathes, and Grinders.
  • Perform general facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
  • Conduct PLC programming to test, simulate, troubleshoot, and integrate systems.
  • Operate forklifts as needed.
  • Research repair procedures and replacement parts online.
  • Repair and maintain Alar filtration systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • High School Degree/GED required.
  • Proficient in electrical testing equipment.
  • Working knowledge of industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical wiring.
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Good verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Internet and computer skills.
