Overview

The Maintenance Technician position involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, as well as building-related installations and maintenance. The role is part of the Reyes Family of Businesses, which prioritizes the well-being of its employees through a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Perform building-related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/power installations, and lighting repair.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the property by painting and refurbishing areas.
  • Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment.
  • Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
  • Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification preferred.
