Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Texas RAIL Licensed Pool Repair Technician for a high-production role in a growing company with an established customer base of over 600 residential and commercial pools. The ideal candidate will be rewarded for their productivity and technical skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, replace, and install a wide range of residential and commercial pool equipment.
  • Complete 6+ billed repair stops per day.
  • Prepare repair information and quotes.
  • Manage callbacks professionally and efficiently.
  • Communicate recommendations clearly to customers.
  • Identify additional repair and upgrade opportunities.

Requirements

  • Current Texas RAIL license.
  • 5+ years of pool equipment diagnostic and repair experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer communication.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining accountable for production and quality.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
