Overview

In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and reliability of manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall success of the supply chain and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to customers. Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly work using basic hand tools including screwdrivers, torque wrenches, Allen wrenches and orbital sanders.
  • Mix epoxies and adhesives to perform bonding and cosmetics operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or technical support roles within a supply chain or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to effectively maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures relevant to ISC manufacturing operations.
  • Familiarity with using diagnostic tools and equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field such as manufacturing technology, industrial maintenance, or electronics.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance roles.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
