Overview

The Heating Air Conditioning Technician will support the facilities and mechanical systems for a client's campus, focusing on cooling systems and preventative maintenance. This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting skills and independence while working with specialized HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support facilities and mechanical systems for lab environments.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, pumps, motors, air handlers, compressors, and pressure valves.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on cooling systems and chilled water equipment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HVAC and mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting boilers, chillers, compressors, pumps, motors, pressure valves, and air handlers.
