Overview

Perry Weather is a rapidly growing company that provides weather safety solutions for organizations operating outdoors. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will ensure product quality and performance through various manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy machinery and assemble components.
  • Conduct quality control by inspecting materials and identifying defects.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and maintain cleanliness.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
  • Accurately maintain production logs and reports.
  • Package and label products for shipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Utilize hand, power, and electrical tools for assembly.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are in excellent working condition.
  • Follow documented procedures and Perry Weather’s quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
