Overview

The Piping Take-Off Estimator role involves producing accurate piping quantity take-offs to support project estimates, requiring hands-on trade knowledge and strong blueprint reading skills.

Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate, detailed piping quantity take-offs.
  • Review drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
  • Deliver reliable quantity data to support estimators in meeting bid deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with Estimators and Pre-Construction teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on piping trade experience.
  • Trade-specific blueprint reading required.
  • Ability to understand specifications and project requirements.
  • Willingness to work in-office.
  • Previous estimating or take-off exposure preferred.
