Job Description
Overview
Marathon is seeking experienced MIG Welders for a warehouse facility in Newnan, GA. This long-term, full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offers room for growth and requires dependable, hard-working individuals.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding using pulse voltage
- Read and interpret blueprints for custom fabrication
- Complete tack welding and assist with jig fabrication
- Prepare and assemble components for final welding
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision
- Experience operating hand tools and welding equipment
- Must have experience with MIG Welding and pass a tape measure test
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Overtime opportunities available
- Must have reliable transportation to Newnan, GA
