Overview

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, reliability, improvement, and upgrade of equipment to maintain world-class operational capability.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ability to uphold safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct preventative and proactive maintenance on production machinery and facility utilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment according to diagrams and operation manuals.
  • Install and repair electrical systems, motors, control circuits, PLC systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Fabricate specialty parts for repairs that cannot be ordered.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring instruments for maintenance tasks.
  • Attend training courses to establish safe maintenance operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding safety, quality, and efficiency issues.
  • Be willing to work weekends and overtime.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of documented experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
