Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to support electric drive wheel loaders and drills across multiple open pit mine sites in the Southwest. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy equipment, with a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and service electric drive wheel loaders and drills.
  • Perform maintenance, repair, service, and inspection of Komatsu Electric Wheel Loaders and Drills.
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Adjust, repair or replace defective equipment parts, components or systems at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues on heavy equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting on 24V and high-voltage systems (up to ~600–700 volts) and hydraulic systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of mining or construction equipment related experience.
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and manuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Strong standard for safety and quality.

Additional Information

  • Fieldwork schedule is Monday - Saturday, with 10 - 14 hour days.
  • Onsite position across multiple locations in Arizona.
