Overview

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions for various industries. The Welder position involves accurately assembling components and sub-assemblies through welding and repairing defective welds.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble various components and sub-assemblies into specified fixturing by welding.
  • Repair defective welds as needed.
  • Observe all safety rules and policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Pick and place components into proper fixturing.
  • Identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisors.
  • Rotate positions into different production teams as necessary.
  • Set up welding equipment, including changing gas.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Initiative and time management skills.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time hourly position.
  • Hours of work and days are decided by production or General Manager.
