Overview

The Production Worker position involves performing repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to mass-produce sheet metal components and assemble them into completed products. The role requires operating machinery and performing related duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Performs assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools.
  • Operates press brake to form flat sheets.
  • Operates automatic fastening machines and devices.
  • Operates both stationary and moving overhead cranes.
  • Operates forklift as required.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience operating a forklift preferred.
  • 1-year general work production/manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform assembly type functions using hand and/or power tools.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to write and read routine reports or job orders.
  • Ability to understand job instructions.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to interpret, understand, and carry out instructions.
