Overview

As an Assembly Mechanic Level 2 at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining mechanical components and systems to ensure high quality and performance standards. This role requires hands-on expertise and attention to detail, contributing to the production of reliable products that meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed instructions and blueprints.
  • Perform routine inspections and testing to verify the quality and functionality of assembled products.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot assembly tools and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical components, assembly techniques, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment used in assembly processes.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • U.S. Person requirements due to compliance with U.S. export control laws.
