Overview

CMI Group is seeking motivated individuals for entry-level manufacturing positions in an Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing setting. These roles offer paid training and an opportunity to launch a long-term career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • No experience necessary.
  • Must be willing to learn.
  • Must be willing to wear PPE (shoes, hearing protection, eye protection, etc).

Requirements

  • Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, squat, and/or walk the majority of the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
  • Excellent attendance, Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Requires the use of fine motor skills (hands).
  • Position requires frequent exposure to loud noise (hearing protection required).
  • Must meet US Person requirement (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
