Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pipefitting, welding, and plumbing, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler applications.
  • Utilize various welding techniques including MIG, FCAW, TIG welding for pipe assembly and repairs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of piping systems.
  • Perform pipe threading, tube bending, soldering, and rigging as required for installations.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on existing piping systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME codes & standards throughout all work processes.
  • Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pipefitting or a related field such as construction or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and fire sprinkler fitting is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimates.
  • Knowledge of pipeline assembly techniques and maintenance practices is advantageous.

What you'll be running
