Overview

Voltava is a premier global manufacturing and assembly partner with a people-focused culture, seeking a Maintenance Technician for night shift in Arlington. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
  • Support production uptime and operational efficiency through preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Conduct equipment repairs and machine performance analysis.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all equipment operates safely and effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair.
  • Knowledge of robotics, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems.
  • PLC troubleshooting experience and ability to read schematics and blueprints.
  • Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens Step 7 controls.
  • Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of building maintenance and facility systems.
  • Ability to work safely while following lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.
