As a Machine Operator I, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating industry-leading performance parts, focusing on mastering the preparation and processing of raw materials using advanced fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing metal tubes, bars, and other materials for the next operation.
  • Running machines such as bandsaw, tube cutters, deburr, resizing dies, metal benders, perforator, Laser, Robot, CNC, etc.
  • Measuring, cutting, deburring, and staging raw materials as per manufacturing processes and instructions.
  • Executing all work assigned in a timely and accurate manner against time and quality standards.
  • Ensuring that orders are fulfilled with 100% accuracy and with minimal scrap.
  • Performing Daily TPM reviews for all assigned equipment and cleaning area and machines.
  • Maintaining your area to 5S standards.
  • Providing input and ideas for continuous improvements in process, equipment, or tools.
  • Adhering to all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Supporting team members and cross-functional production needs as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-1 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Experience reading basic technical drawings, preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable.
