Overview

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join their Operations team, responsible for ensuring the maximum operational efficiency of critical production machinery and facility systems through expert diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components of production equipment and facility infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team, shift supervisors, and external vendors to schedule and execute preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational safety standards, regional electrical codes, and maintenance policies while documenting all repair and maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of combined experience in industrial electrical plant maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and general mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of technical procedures and safety regulations related to complex machinery repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Proven ability in diagnostic problem-solving and effective communication of technical information.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. is required; a one-year certificate from a college or technical school is desirable.

Additional Information

  • Full time position.
  • Salary details: $26.50/hr - $28.50/hr.
  • Shifts: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm (Needs to be Flexible; possible Overtime; some weekends REQUIRED).
  • Location: 2605 N. Berkeley Lake Rd Duluth GA and 3715 Atlanta Industrial Pkwy NW #100 Atlanta, GA.
