Overview

The Manufacturing Technician role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry by building and integrating complex capital equipment while ensuring systems meet precision, quality, and reliability requirements. The position involves collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and integrate complex capital equipment with high precision.
  • Ensure systems meet strict quality and reliability requirements.
  • Execute detailed mechanical, electrical, and fluid system installations based on engineering drawings.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration, wiring, and fitment issues.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on continuous product and process improvement.
  • Maintain detailed documentation throughout the process.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong manufacturing and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD, schematics, and Solidworks.
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as semiconductor, aerospace, or medical devices, for 2-5+ years.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Additional Information

  • This position offers openings on both the 1st shift from 7:30am to 4:00pm and the 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am.
  • This is a fully onsite position in Horsham, PA.
