Overview

Join our dynamic team in Mesa, AZ, as a TiG Welder! We are looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about precision welding and take pride in their craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform TiG welding on a variety of metals, including stainless steel and aluminum.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
  • Set up welding equipment and ensure proper functioning before starting projects.
  • Inspect welded joints for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a TiG Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of welding techniques and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Welding certification is preferred but not required.
