Overview

This Engineering Technician role is a hands-on production position responsible for building and integrating production machines. Technicians will execute work from engineering documentation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure completed work meets quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the build, integration, debugging, and testing of robotic subsystems, production hardware, and test fixtures.
  • Assist with assembly of actuators, structures, fluid systems, harnesses, and other electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Perform harness builds, rework, and routing for development and production units.
  • Assist with troubleshooting assemblies and root-cause investigations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized lab and production environment and help manage tools and spare inventory.
  • Support field deployments and hardware upgrades.
  • Work with the Production Coordinator to meet build timelines and production goals.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to bring prototypes to life and maintain hardware.
