Overview
JSMM INC. is seeking a Skilled Construction Technician to lead residential and commercial field repairs. This full-time role offers a versatile opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys travel and variety, focusing on high-quality repairs and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-end finish carpentry and light structural carpentry.
- Install and finish drywall with precision.
- Perform professional-grade painting and staining.
- Resolve minor electrical and plumbing issues safely.
- Complete diverse general handyman tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized mobile workspace.
- Collaborate with project managers on material needs and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general construction, remodeling, or property maintenance.
- Proven proficiency in drywall hanging/finishing and finish carpentry.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Ability to travel frequently to different job sites.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
