Overview

Arden’s Garden is Atlanta’s premier fresh juice manufacturer and retailer, committed to making healthy living accessible through high-quality cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and wellness products. They are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and facilities across their production, warehouse, and retail environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment issues to minimize operational downtime.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration issues.
  • Inspect equipment regularly to identify wear, damage, or potential mechanical problems.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and technical documentation to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Assist with the installation, setup, and maintenance of new equipment and facility systems.
  • Identify parts, tools, or outside services needed to complete repairs and communicate those needs to management.
  • Perform general building and facility maintenance across production, warehouse, and retail locations.
  • Troubleshoot and address issues involving lighting, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, fixtures, and other building systems.
  • Complete minor construction and facility repair projects as needed.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Help maintain clean, safe, and operational work environments for employees and customers.
  • Follow established preventative maintenance schedules and complete assigned maintenance tasks on time.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment service documentation.
  • Document completed repairs and communicate recurring or significant equipment concerns to management.
  • Monitor equipment conditions and recommend preventative repairs or replacement needs when appropriate.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from production, warehouse, retail, and other operational teams.
  • Prioritize maintenance requests based on safety, operational urgency, and business impact.
  • Communicate repair status, equipment downtime, and anticipated next steps to the appropriate teams.
  • Work collaboratively with employees, managers, vendors, and outside contractors when necessary.
  • Help identify practical solutions that reduce downtime and keep operations moving.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures when completing maintenance and repair work.
  • Use tools and equipment safely and appropriately.
  • Identify and communicate unsafe equipment or facility conditions.
  • Maintain an organized work area and properly store tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.
  • Support a culture of safety throughout Arden’s Garden facilities.
