Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and backend development experience, along with expertise in APIs, microservices, databases, cloud technologies, and Agile development practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications.
  • Build responsive front-end solutions and scalable backend services.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Implement secure, high-performing, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Participate in application architecture and design discussions.
  • Develop and support integrations between enterprise applications.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and interfaces.
  • Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions.
  • Contribute to cloud modernization and automation initiatives.
  • Support enterprise HR technology platforms, including Workday, Adaptive Planning, Payroll, Talent, and Workforce Management applications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience in Workday.
  • Strong experience with React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent backend technologies.
  • Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Strong SQL and database development skills.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools, technologies, and programming languages.
