Job Description

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and weld-test results We are seeking an experienced Structural Fitter/Welder for a hands-on fabrication position. The ideal candidate will have experience fitting structural components and performing MIG and flux-core welding in multiple positions. Responsibilities Fit, align, and assemble structural steel components Perform MIG and flux-core welding Complete vertical, horizontal, and flat-position welds Measure, mark, cut, and prepare materials for fabrication Read and follow measurements, drawings, and work instructions Inspect completed work for accuracy and weld quality Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Previous structural welding or fitting experience Proficiency with MIG and flux-core welding Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to pass an in-house weld test in vertical, horizontal, and flat positions Strong attention to quality and workplace safety Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently Having personal welding tools is preferred but not required Candidates should submit a ré sumé outlining their structural welding and fitting experience. Qualified applicants will be invited to complete an in-house weld test.
