Overview

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated provides enabling technologies for industrial growth markets that require advanced technology and high reliability. Teledyne Micropac is looking for an Assembler to perform a variety of assembly operations on electronic and electro-mechanical products.

Responsibilities

  • Follow production drawings, procedures, and work instructions in detail.
  • Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Operate and set up Manual Wire Bonding equipment for bonding.
  • Collaborate with teammates, quality control, and process engineers.
  • Adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Assist with training as required.
  • Perform production assembler duties as determined by Supervisor.
  • Conduct delicate hand assembly of electronic devices under microscopes.
  • Inspect completed work to quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent manual dexterity and manufacturing knowledge.
  • Experience with small parts, hand tools, equipment, and microscope.
  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Possess a solid, quality-minded work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control.
  • High School Diploma and basic computer skills.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing assembly or production environment.
