Overview

ProMach is seeking a Welder to join their team, where individuals can thrive in a creative and communicative environment. The role involves hands-on work in manufacturing, contributing to the lifecycle of machines and products in the sanitary process equipment industry.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in work site operations to complete jobs on time and within target budget margins
  • Join, fabricate and repair metal by utilizing appropriate welding techniques
  • Collaborate with the site team to ensure you help meet all project specifications
  • Communicate project progress and/or difficulties for necessary support and guidance
  • Assemble fabricated materials and equipment
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine the appropriate welding processes for the job

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two or more years experience operating as a commercial welder on stainless steel
  • Experience with GTAW and Sanitary Purge Welding required
  • Thorough knowledge of welding best practices and safety procedures
  • Able to demonstrate your abilities through an on-site welding test
