Overview

The Pipefitter Helper position in PHX, AZ involves planning, laying out, and performing various pipe fitting and fabrication tasks while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities

  • Continually seek opportunities to share knowledge and teach others.

  • Inspect subordinates' work for accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Look for opportunities for improvement in all tasks and methods.

  • Provide feedback to ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment, and information.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read and understand drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards.
  • Must have a minimum of three to six plus years of experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the pipefitter trade is required.
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
