Overview

Veolia Group is a global leader in environmental services, specializing in water, energy, and waste management. The Dispatch Field Service Representative will provide commissioning and aftermarket support for the Electrodialysis Reversal (EDR) product line to industrial and municipal customers.

Responsibilities

• Review customer plant installations and compare against WTS reference drawings.
• Monitor equipment performance and operation.
• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on treatment plant instrumentation.
• Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and other site-specific testing.
• Carry out troubleshooting on equipment including valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, blowers, instrumentation, and automation hardware.
• Perform installation and maintenance activities on various EDR configurations.
• Provide customers with informal training on operation and maintenance of their system.
• Provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed during service visits.
• Comply with company and customer safety guidelines and requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification or international equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
• Technical certificate in Instrumentation, Controls, or programming (preferred).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in science/engineering (STEM) (preferred).
• Water treatment equipment experience including ultrafiltration and/or membrane bioreactors (preferred).
• PLC Programming experience (preferred).
• Computer/technology proficient.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Superb customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple shifting demands with professionalism and good judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.

Additional Information

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, and using hands and fingers skillfully.
• Work may take place in various environments, including industrial sites, elevated heights, or confined spaces.
• Must be available for on-call emergency response.
• Must be capable of traveling within North America without restrictions.
• Travel required: 50% to 70%.
