Overview

Veolia Group is a global leader in environmental services, specializing in water, energy, and waste management. The Dispatch Field Service Representative will provide commissioning and aftermarket support for the Electrodialysis Reversal product line to industrial and municipal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer plant installations against WTS reference drawings.
  • Monitor equipment performance and operation.
  • Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on treatment plant instrumentation.
  • Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and other site-specific testing.
  • Carry out troubleshooting on equipment including valves, air compressors, pumps, and automation hardware.
  • Perform installation and maintenance on various EDR configurations.
  • Provide informal training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
  • Deliver detailed technical summaries of work performed during service visits.
  • Comply with safety guidelines and requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification or international equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ experience in service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
  • Technical certificate in Instrumentation, Controls, or programming (preferred).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in science/engineering (STEM) (preferred).
  • Experience with water treatment equipment including ultrafiltration and/or membrane bioreactors (preferred).
  • PLC Programming experience (preferred).
  • Computer/technology proficient.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple shifting demands with professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely.

Additional Information

  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be available for on-call emergency response.
  • Travel required: 50% to 70%.
