Overview

Canadian Executive Search Group (CES), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is hiring experienced MIG Welders for a full-time opportunity in Arlington, TX. The role involves supporting automotive manufacturing operations through MIG welding.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding operations according to specifications and production requirements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
  • Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and production equipment safely
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
  • Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of MIG welding experience preferred
  • Must successfully pass a welding test
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings preferred
  • Steel-toe boots required
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Must pass a drug screening
