Overview

At All Things Metal Industries, a family-owned company recognized as one of Arizona’s Best Places to Work, the CNC Operator will operate various CNC cutting equipment while ensuring parts meet quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Load and unload material from machines.
  • Neatly palletize processed parts.
  • Use forklifts.
  • Read blueprints.
  • Operate multiple different CNC Machines including plasma and laser tables.
  • Set up machines and programs.
  • Perform in-depth machine maintenance.
  • Adhere to general workplace cleanliness.
  • Work on additional equipment or tasks as directed by supervisor.
  • Follow established safety rules and good housekeeping practices.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required.
  • Preferred experience includes reach forklifts and basic hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including part tolerances.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and make decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Additional Information

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 am - 3 pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch.
  • Occasional half days on Friday depending on need and department.
