Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIG Aluminum Welder to join our manufacturing team. You’ll weld and assemble aluminum components, work from drawings and make sure finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • MIG weld and assemble aluminum components
  • Set up fixtures and prepare parts for welding
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and assembly diagrams
  • Fit, align, inspect, clean, and repair welds as needed
  • Use measuring tools such as tape measures and squares
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work with the team to meet production and quality goals

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of aluminum MIG welding experience or completed welding training
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
