Overview

The Welder/Pipe Fitter/Machine Builder position involves measuring, cutting, and welding various materials, including stainless steel and PVC. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift weights regularly while maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

  • Measure, cut, thread pipe; both stainless steel and PVC.
  • Measure, cut, weld steel.
  • Perform grinding, deburring, drilling & tapping, and sawing.
  • Follow instructions and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of MIG and TIG welding experience in a shop environment.
  • Welding certificate from an accredited program.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to operate industrial hand and power tools.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions.
  • Proficient in math.
  • Problem solving skills and decision making ability.
  • Punctual, meticulous, and reliable.
  • Courteous manners with fellow employees and customers.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

What you'll be running
