Overview

We are seeking an Automotive Body Repairer to join our team in Pflugerville, TX, near Austin. The ideal candidate will have previous autobody experience and strong customer service skills, working closely with clients to provide accurate estimates and manage repair projects.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and provide accurate estimates for auto-body repair.
  • Maintain strong lines of communication with the repair team and clients.
  • Repair vehicles to high standards.
  • Work within various insurance guidelines.
  • Make decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
  • Participate in all required safety meetings.

Requirements

  • Must have own tools.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a collision shop.
  • Ability to repair or replace panels according to OEM procedures.
  • Ability to use frame machine preferred.
  • Certification in body repair preferred.
  • I-CAR certified preferred.
  • Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
  • Mechanic experience.
  • Welding skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with insurance guidelines desired.
