Overview

WaterSaver Faucet Co. is a family-owned company that has been manufacturing specialized faucets, valves, and related products for science laboratories for 80 years. They are the largest manufacturer of these products in the world and are committed to quality, innovation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduled maintenance and repairs on building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and compressed air.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment including CNC machining and turning centers, manual machines, and power tools.
  • Maintain process equipment including steam boilers, parts washers, plating equipment, and powder coating equipment.
  • Troubleshoot plant equipment during breakdowns and coordinate repairs with outside vendors.
  • Install 120V conduit and outlets, low voltage wiring, compressed air, and water lines.
  • Create work orders and parts requisitions and maintain records in a computerized maintenance system.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or trade school certifications in relevant areas.
  • 3 – 5 years of related experience.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and understand IO&M instructions, parts lists, and prints.
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle the physical demands of the job.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving history.
