Overview

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to install, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify equipment at their facilities. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and follow preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production equipment.
  • Perform emergency repairs of production equipment efficiently.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Perform advanced repair and maintenance tasks on production machines.
  • Read and interpret manuals, work orders, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Communicate instructions for custom fabrication of tooling and equipment modifications.
  • Source tooling, parts, and supplies from vendors with management approval.
  • Prepare and set up machinery for production runs.
  • Assist in the maintenance of facility systems and utilities.
  • May provide guidance to other maintenance technicians.

Requirements

  • Proficient in advanced shop mathematics and measuring equipment.
  • Expertise in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions.
  • Mastery in using powered and non-powered hand tools safely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possession of a valid Class C Driver's License or equivalent.
  • Advanced ability to read and comprehend technical documentation.
  • Experience with Outlook and general computer skills.
  • Ability to learn to use a scissor lift or boom lift.
  • Ability to access tight spaces to work on equipment.
