Overview

Our client is currently seeking a Tool & Die Maker for a growing industrial manufacturing company located in the Chicago area. The successful candidate will construct and repair precision tools, dies, and fixtures, ensuring the production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

  • Construct and repair precision tools, dies, and fixtures.
  • Assemble various parts to form completed tools or dies accurately and securely.
  • Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, or grinders to fabricate parts.
  • Perform testing and inspection of finished products using precision measuring instruments.
  • Conduct regular inspections of tools and dies in use and perform necessary maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of tool and die manufacturing experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
  • No degree required.
