Overview

Refresco is the world’s largest bottler for retailers and A-brands, aiming to put their drinks on every table. They seek a Maintenance Technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive and proactive maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Utilize root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns and collaborate with other departments.
• Act as the first responder to line stoppages and ensure mechanical help is on site.
• Support food safety and quality programs to ensure compliance.
• Prioritize work to minimize manufacturing downtime and complete required documentation in the CMMS.
• Utilize the CMMS for work orders and spare parts management.
• Repair or maintain industrial production machinery and equipment.
• Observe and test machinery operation to diagnose malfunctions.
• Operate newly repaired machinery to verify repairs.
• Analyze test results and machine error messages to diagnose problems.
• Review maintenance reports to plan and modify activities.
• Inspect machines for operational and safety performance standards.
• Examine systems to determine needed repairs.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Basic Tool Room Equipment, Hydraulic systems, and PLCs.
• Pursue growth and developmental opportunities and seek feedback.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.

Requirements

• Must pass the Ramsey Mechanical (Electrical) Skills and Aptitude Assessment.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math operations.
• Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Computer skills are required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
