Overview

Container Research Corporation, an AS9100 certified company with over 60 years in business, seeks a Mechanical Assembler to produce shipping containers and other products by assembling parts and subassemblies.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and subassemblies to produce shipping containers and other products.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience for Level 1 position.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Basic understanding of blueprints.
  • Ability to meet goals and objectives under direct supervision.
  • 3-5 years of experience for Level 2 position with ability to operate a variety of machines.
  • General understanding of all processes in the department for Level 2 position.
  • 5+ years of assembly experience for Level 3 position, ideally in the aerospace or defense industries.
  • Certifications in forklift driving and/or blueprint reading are a plus.

Additional Information

  • Full-time position with a four-day workweek (Mon - Thurs) from 6A - 430P.
  • Hourly pay rate: Tier 1: $17-$19, Tier 2: $19-$21, Tier 3: $21-$25.

  • Full benefits package after 60 days of employment and paid time off after 6 months, including your birthday.
