Welder/Fabricator - Williamsport, PA - $28-33/hour! TradeWorX is hiring an experienced Welder/Fabricator for a high-priority opportunity in the Williamsport, PA area. If you have solid shop fabrication experience, can produce quality MIG and TIG welds, and know how to fit, fabricate, and weld industrial components, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work on hoppers, conveyor system parts, and related fabricated assemblies. Pay & Schedule: $28.00 $33.00 per hour based on experience Monday Friday Day shift Target start date: October 12, 2026 One opening available High-priority opportunity Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX): Health coverage options Dental and vision options 401K option Company-paid group life insurance Paid holidays after eligibility requirements PTO earned by hours worked Job Duties: Perform MIG and TIG welding on hoppers, conveyor system components, and fabricated parts. Fit, align, tack, and weld components to support accurate fabrication and assembly. Fabricate industrial parts and assemblies using established measurements and specifications. Prepare materials and weld joints for consistent penetration, appearance, and finished quality. Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for fit, alignment, and workmanship. Maintain a productive, organized, and safety-focused work area. Requirements: 2 3 years of verifiable welding and fabrication experience. Hands-on experience with both MIG and TIG welding. Ability to fit and fabricate components prior to final welding. Comfortable working on industrial-style hoppers, conveyor parts, and related assemblies. Ability to produce consistent, quality welds while maintaining production expectations. Strong attention to measurements, fit-up, weld preparation, and finished quality. Ideal Candidate: Experienced fabricator who understands that quality starts with proper fit-up and preparation. Confident switching between MIG and TIG processes as required by the work. Dependable, safety-minded, and able to maintain consistent production throughout the shift. Takes pride in clean fabrication, accurate assemblies, and quality welds. What you'll be running

This posting calls for MIG and TIG work. MIG (GMAW) feeds a continuous wire electrode through a shielding-gas nozzle.
