Akkodis is seeking an assembly worker for a 12-month contract job with a client in Raymond, OH 43067 (Onsite). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Automobile industry are a must.

Pay Range: $20-$21/hr on W2, all-inclusive (Rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Responsibilities: Perform assembly using hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and manufacturing equipment. Follow SOPs, drawings, blueprints, and detailed work instructions. Perform visual inspection and identify non-conforming parts. Monitor vacuum, temperature, and torque readings. Maintain production and quality records in QTS. Troubleshoot process/equipment issues and report deviations. Follow safety procedures and required PPE. Requirements: Manufacturing/assembly experience. Experience with hand tools and precision assembly. Ability to read blueprints/drawings and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Basic computer/data-entry skills. Good English communication skills. Cleanroom, medical device, semiconductor, aerospace, electronics, microscope, or spot-welding experience is a plus.
